Catch Up

Well I have been horrible at updating my blog. I guess you could say there is nothing really exciting happening in our life's. We are just trying to survive. It seems like everyone is trying to do the same. I try to be as positive but some days it just doesn't seem like enough.

Our summer consisted of the usual racing a couple times of boating and one trip to the dunes. Not much fun really but times were tight and I was stuck working on the weekends at the model home.

Pammy came down in the beginning of October because on 10/8/09 our lil JO or Puppers as I called him got hit by a car and passed away. This was a very bad accident and something that he never did before was go by the highway. So Pam came here to have him cremated and she really needed to be with her family through this hard time.

Then other than that nothing much is happening with us. I do have to say that our Lil Ella Boo is growing up so fast. She makes me so happy when I'm down and out. She is so smart too. I love to be able to watch her grow and explore new things.

Scorpions O My.

Here is a pic of Clydes lil friend he brought up from our unfinished basement to play with. Keep in mind people I go down there with no shoes! I went down to get a bag and came back up and Clyde had something in his mouth, this is a very common occurrence and I said CLYDE! He spit it out and then I freaked! I got the dogs outside immediately as I don't want them stung by the damn thing and got Joe. Luckily the stinger with poison sack was still intact only thing missing was well one pincher.

When Clyde came back in to see his pal was missing he walked around for a half hour in the same spot sniffing away then I see him eating something else and told him to drop it, and it was the other pincher.

This would make #4 Scorpion, I am DONE!

O and just so you know I think the Scorpions I have had the pleasure of contact with are Desert hairy scorpions

Jackson Oliver Pepperbean aka Lil Joe

Quik update on the lil puppy we gave to Pam that was from Clydes only litter of babies.
Pammy and him are just meant to be they love each other so much. Lil Joe goes with Pammy everywhere and he protects her from the wild deer that try to get in her house (long story). He seems like he has grown up to be a pretty cool lil dude. Pammy got him his first hair cut complete with mohawk and tie die shirt.

Born: June 20, 2009

Weight: 8.5 lbs

Height: 22 Inches Long

Yes I know I am about a month late on posting! But I can not tell you how happy I am to have this little girl in my life! To me and her parents I think she is PERFECT! I am so glad to have a niece that I get to see everyday, I miss being able to be with a large family sometimes. But this is my lil niece who will someday call me aunt Hay Hay and I can not wait! I love you Ella Boo!

Uintahs

Ok this is from the 1st of June, Joe and I decieded we were going to go fishing up in the Uintah Mountains. So we put on our shorts, Tevas, grabbed our poles and headed out.
Well in the pics you see how that went, let's just say no fishing for us. But I did get some pretty pics.

Sponsor Needed!

Yes we are still racing! This year has been no exception as to how hard of work racing is, and a constant reminder that money is an issue. I can't believe how much things have changed in racing over the years for us short track Saturday night racers. Just for us to do one weekend of racing just here locally it costs us about $900.00 and we are one of the poorest teams racing our series. It kills me to know that most of these guys are spending easily double that! Not to mention renting the track, paying guys big money to come teach them about set ups on their car.

Seriously where did real competition go? Instead it all comes down to the amount of money you are willing to throw at it. It breaks my heart to see how hard Joe works to get to the track and at the end of the day it comes down to being out dollared. He puts all that he is into his passion of racing and it hurts to see him crushed cause we just don't have the money it takes to go out there to test and make sure all of our stuff is right on the money with no other problems.

So if you know of anyone looking to sponsor a car... It is great advertisement for real. Let me know! Go team 73u!

Taylor Swift Fearless Tour

My wonderful little brother Nate was planning on going to Taylor Swift with Miriah and another girl who backed out on her ticket, so he took his big sis. How nice I couldn't help but feel bad that he wouldn't let me pay for my ticket, so I got us dinner at La Cai (which I don't think he liked). And we went to see Taylor Swift I guess you could say Nate love loves her! He had really good seats too! I had so much fun with my lil bro, I miss him since we don't live close and this was perfect! I love him, and well have to do it again this time the tickets are on me.

So here are some pics of the concert which was really good!

Yep

I have been slacking to say the least on posting. i just don't thnink there has been to much to post. But there has been stuff happening, guess you could say I hate working on a computer all day and coming home and getting on it again. So I am going to try and post something once a month for the few people who read this. Tera you already know everything that happens :^).

THS Prom 2009

Friday was Miriah's Junior year Prom. She went with her good friend Brandon, and I must say what a sport he is. They did promenade and for him to do this is like getting Joe to. For any of you who know Joe know what I am talking about, I have a better chance at winning the lottery!
Any way we had put allot of thought into this night Me, Miriah & Tera thought about everything and did our dry runs. And the end result I must say was BEAUTIFUL! Miriah got to be a Princess for her first time ever. We did her hair in an up do with crystal flowers in it, then we did her make-up with rhinestones that went across her eye-lids and in the corner of her eyes.

We all had a wonderful night going to Prom and getting to watch Miriah grow up! They did a GREAT job at their dance! And I want to thank David & Tera for being there for us! Now that I got teary eyed thinking about how beautiful she was and how fast she has grown up it's time for the pics! I will post the professional ones when they are ready, for now you just get mine.

BRITNEY SPEARS CIRCUS TOUR 2009

Me, Tera, Reina, & Miriah all went to Britney Spears & The Pussycat Dolls last night at the Energy Solutions Arena. I have been planning this since November people! And all I can say is the cold, rain and blisters on my feet were not keeping me from Brit Brit! We had our feather Boa's umberellas and of course our weet feet and we were off. We were pumped and o my it was all I thought it would be and so much more!

It was an awesome show! And no she didn't say anything crazy at our concert she pulled it off with no problems. Can I say I just so badly want to be her friend, O Brit has just as many issues as the next person.

O and so I don't forget Joe and his part in this he was in the city today, and he saw her bus and pulled in believe me or not in between two busses with 5 guys standing around in the middle...... Britney! In a white hoody and a ball cap.

Let's just say I am already sad it's over! I wish I could go to the Vegas show!

Time of year again

We just went on Saturday and picked up the race engine for the race car. I first practice was on that Saturday but thats ok we shall make it to the next one. Any way we got the engine in about midnight or so and we started it of course. (Bet our neighbors loved us.) Well on Sunday Joe had to take for a squeal around the block :).

Let's just say we all have the itch now, the sound of the car starting up just makes me smile!

Dunes.

This saturday I decieded it would be fun to go to the dunes for a few hours with my family. David and Russ decided to join us on this outing. We all had so much fun!!! It's now on my list to add yet one more toy to my life, my garage will not have room for any real cars soon.
I couldn't stop laughing the whole time we were there, but the down side to that is a mouth full of sand. Lets just say we will be getting sand out of us for the next while. :)

Joe, David my Dad and Russ shooting the BS.

Glen, Nate (driver), Joe and Ray all heading out for the last ride before the frame cracked and finished the day off.

Typical

Well as I just previously posted we went to take Pammy the lil pupper dog on Thursday. Well whenever we leave something goes wrong... this time was no exception.
First things first. A car at the shop became a pain in the ass, they'd fix one thing and another would go wrong one right after another! Second within 3 hours of us leaving Miriah had a boy over and her aunt Tera caught that immediately. I guess that she can't get by with that with Dave and Tera up the road along with Alan and Terri down the street, so bye bye to the boy. Third was that Joe received a call from dispatch to go and tow a burnt car, so we called David and he went on the call.
Well........ David went out and the car was off the interstate on a dirt road. Well to make a story short he hit a cow and on the way back from loading the car almost hit another. Glad to report he is OK!

Tow truck damage.

Jackson Oliver Pepperbean.

I know that all I ever seem to post about is my dogs. But they are to me what your children are to you.

This lil guy I got for Pam, and when I think about him or see his picture it makes me very sad! I know how much I love my doggies, but there was just something so amazingly special about this guy. He really got me and understood me. Yes I know I am talking about a dog but this dog came into my life at what I consider to be one of the hardest times I've ever been threw in life.
Now that I am sitting her bawiling as I have done all weekend. I just thought I would share some more pics of him and let you all know that he is now with his momma, we took him to her on Friday.
I can't wait to see him again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say Hello To Puppers

Meet the cutest lil guy known as "puppers" for now. This is Clydes son, we got him for Joe's mom Pam. Tera and I picked him out just over a week ago and can I say I'm hooked!
I love this lil dog! He is all my dogs in one what I mean he has Clyde and Abbie & Jackies sister Cassie in him. He is going to be an awesome dog. I am so wishing I had room for just one more :(. But I dont.

And for the record this dog loves the hell out of me, he wants nothing more than my attention. Well except for puppy chow.

Brookie

Yes this is a picthure of my Lab with socks on all fours. As you all know moisture is in the air. Well I have yet to finish my flower beds in my back yard (it's on the do list this Summer) which means mud! And ya know in my 3/4 acre yard my dogs seem to find the lil flower beds that are dirt. And the end result is chunks of mud, especially out of Brooke..

Clyde n his stuffed animals.

Clyde has so many stuffed animals I had to take time to blog about it. This is our youngest he has about 8 stuffed animals that he gets when he goes to the groomer. They have squeaky things in them and when he is on a roll he just goes around squeaking them non-stop. It is so funny, he also sleeps with them takes them to bed or watches T.V. with them. They are seriously his pals. He has a Duckbill platypus, Pillows, Bear, Crab, Seashell, Shoe, Purse, Pink cell phone. Yes he has stole his sisters toys from the groomer too.

hmmm......

Well being I have nothing to exciting to post on here I will just tell you what we been up to.
Joe n I have been working and focusing very hard lately at just surviving. Real Estate has slowed down so much that it is basically non existent for us. Yes here is my little "rant". I am just so amazed that in the market that we have today that people are still willing to just use any ol agent. I am not trying to make my us sound "great" or anything but I know very few agents that are truly concerned about the client and are willing to learn or do anything to make a deal happen if it's in the clients best interest.
It just blows me away how many agents who are truly shady and out to make a quick buck do so much more business than I. I have thought how can those people seriously sleep? I know that with everyone I have helped I've done the best I can protected them the best as possible and gave them the best service available.
Just do your homework people, just because they are willing to cut their rate or tell you what you want to hear it may not be in your best interest.

Dads Back Surgery.

Well I haven't had anything that has been to exciting to blog about. So I thought I would just mention that my Dad had back surgery just before Christmas.
He has had back pain for a long time, but he had about a month of it straight. After a couple trips to the Chiropractor didn't make things better my Mom decided it was time for a MRI.
Well it showed that he had a disc that had broken apart and was close to being paralyzed. He had surgery as soon as possible. Glad to say he came out ok and they said he should be good to go. But he is still in alot of pain right now, so I guess we will see.
