Brookie

Yes this is a picthure of my Lab with socks on all fours. As you all know moisture is in the air. Well I have yet to finish my flower beds in my back yard (it's on the do list this Summer) which means mud! And ya know in my 3/4 acre yard my dogs seem to find the lil flower beds that are dirt. And the end result is chunks of mud, especially out of Brooke..

Clyde n his stuffed animals.

Clyde has so many stuffed animals I had to take time to blog about it. This is our youngest he has about 8 stuffed animals that he gets when he goes to the groomer. They have squeaky things in them and when he is on a roll he just goes around squeaking them non-stop. It is so funny, he also sleeps with them takes them to bed or watches T.V. with them. They are seriously his pals. He has a Duckbill platypus, Pillows, Bear, Crab, Seashell, Shoe, Purse, Pink cell phone. Yes he has stole his sisters toys from the groomer too.

hmmm......

Well being I have nothing to exciting to post on here I will just tell you what we been up to.
Joe n I have been working and focusing very hard lately at just surviving. Real Estate has slowed down so much that it is basically non existent for us. Yes here is my little "rant". I am just so amazed that in the market that we have today that people are still willing to just use any ol agent. I am not trying to make my us sound "great" or anything but I know very few agents that are truly concerned about the client and are willing to learn or do anything to make a deal happen if it's in the clients best interest.
It just blows me away how many agents who are truly shady and out to make a quick buck do so much more business than I. I have thought how can those people seriously sleep? I know that with everyone I have helped I've done the best I can protected them the best as possible and gave them the best service available.
Just do your homework people, just because they are willing to cut their rate or tell you what you want to hear it may not be in your best interest.

Dads Back Surgery.

Well I haven't had anything that has been to exciting to blog about. So I thought I would just mention that my Dad had back surgery just before Christmas.
He has had back pain for a long time, but he had about a month of it straight. After a couple trips to the Chiropractor didn't make things better my Mom decided it was time for a MRI.
Well it showed that he had a disc that had broken apart and was close to being paralyzed. He had surgery as soon as possible. Glad to say he came out ok and they said he should be good to go. But he is still in alot of pain right now, so I guess we will see.
